Log message:
	remove all the "not yet" stuff I put in recently: math with overflow checking
	I still think we might do something like this, though
	we can probably write it just as well in Modula-3,
	if not get the compiler to give us the carry flag (certainly
	m3back can do better)
	Anyway, we can recover it from here if needed.
