	COPY from head:
	PPC64_DARWIN support
	remove PIC building some SPARC bootstraps
	don't put cm3cg in NT386 packages
	stamp NT386 package files with Visual C++ version
	remove leading underscore from ConvertFromCygwinPath, ConvertToCygwinPath
	so they are public
	remove 'base' and 'core' package sets
	some Interix stuff (which I think isn't needed anywhere)
	support for editing in -debug switch
