Log message:
	Handle when both registers are allocated to an operand, but in the wrong
	parts. e.g. we have EAX:EDX but want EDX:EAX.
	Not actually tested, nor an example seen, but I was thinking about
	it and it seems clear the previous code would do two swaps, leaving
	things incorrect.
