	remove some dead code: this 'tozero' stuff in intregcmp and fltregcmp
	is not reachable (and this isn't related to generalizations
	in m3middle/m3cg either; it is about a generalization m3back
	makes mapping a parameter to a larger set and then optimizing
	the newer values, none of which can ever occur)
