Log message:
	delete 2000 lines now that frontend allows but ignores
	calling conventions on all platforms, since OpenGL is
	identical on Win32 and Posix, except for the explicit
	__stdcall calling convention
	
	The Win32 directory is now "common", but I didn't move
	anything, to reserve history. Dubious.
