	restore proc, nearproc with calling conventions and calling convention on farproc; this is all of unclear/no/little value; it was this way a while and was made note this way so non-Win32 platforms could get at the Win32 types (e.g. to write out .obj/.lib files? eh, well, for now mklib clones stuff anyway in order to not depend on newer m3core); anyway, very current frontend accepts Win32 calling conventions for any target, so we can put them back
