Log message:
	gcc on OpenBSD/sparc64 invokes as:
	as -V -s -xarch=v8plusa -64 -no-undeclared-regs
	when I did that with cm3 bootstrap, I got all those familiar
	errors about undeclare registers, so throw in gcc_cv_as_sparc_register_op=yes
	for that target also.
