Log message:
gcc 4.5.0 wants mpfr at least 2.3.1.
We had 2.3.0.
Current is 2.4.2.
Here update to 2.3.2.
Arguably we should use the minimum required: 2.3.1.
Arguably we should use the latest: 2.4.2.
Here I have chosen the latest minor revision greater
or equal to the minimum required.
This overwrites whatever we had without any merging.
