	rely significantly on upgrade.sh
	
	(note that the previous code did this:
	build
	buildship
	install-compiler.sh
	
	merely removing the second line might have sufficed
	in particular install-compiler.sh is perfectly
	willing to copy a "built local" cm3
	
	however this all seems much cleaner
	)
