Log message:
	Clean up some lingering 32/64-bit adaptation problems
	and some other bugs, shown up by compile warnings.
	There are still warnings, but should not reflect bugs.
	It seems too difficult to get the warnings out in a
	32/46-bit size-indepenent way.  They only effect code
	for debugging m3gdb--printing pointers in hexadecimal.
