Log message:
	don't run m3cggen here either, like in upgrade.sh; developer can uncomment it when making changes; CVS gets confused and cvs -z3 commit always wants to commit the file, even though it is unchanged (perforce does this better, you'd check it out, copy, then p4 revert -a to revert unchanged files)
