	fix tree type mismatch in divide, via heavy handed
	fix of m3_build => build in binop; ie. not folding
	consider doing this only for divide and see if that suffices
	
	prepare code for insert_mn/extract_mn using bit_field_ref
	#if'ed out until I can multiple architectures easily enough
	
	slight optimization of insert_mn for edge cases
	and then don't printf about them
