Log message:
	keep each "instruction" on one line when tracing
	This touches many lines, all tracing related.
	The newline is removed from many places and then
	put at the start of the instruction instead of the end
	
	xstrdup a *little* bit since the alloca change
	source line and imported units
	
	initialize some locals
	
	some "int" to long, but capacity limited to 100 anyway for now
	should change to VEC though
	
	add a little tracing (exit_proc)
