Log message:
	Stop using -static on OpenBSD. Seems pretty lame either way. Perhaps
	they have compat libraries, just not installed by default??
	Perhaps -static was the better tradeoff?
	Perhaps nobody used Modula-3 on OpenBSD?
	Hopefully we'll have a distribution format that is slightly or very sourcey,
	that will address this, though that is also lame.
