Log message:
	Add a bunch of comments about RegisterForkHandlers.
	Add external Fork, with a bunch of comments.
	This will be used shortly.
	The point is to provide RegisterForkHandlers + fork, but without
	relying on pthread_atfork, in order to avoid -pthread/-pthreads/-lpthread
	on apparently broken systems, e.g. Linux? I'm really not sure
	this is needed..is using -pthread/-pthreads/-lpthread really such
	a problem? Odd..
