Log message:
	Remove tree-loop-linear optimization pass, which
	the gcc developers are considering removing since it is apparently broken.

	cleanup a little graphite stuff
	(graphite/cloog/ppl refers to loop optimizations in gcc
	that are dependent upon additional libraries being available,
	similar to the situation with gmp/mpfr/mpc, but that they
	are optional even in unpatched gcc)
