Log message:
	compile parse.c as C++ even if compiling the rest of gcc as C (or however
	it is configured); this is based on what I did in gcc-apple/gcc/Makefile.in
	(gcc-apple is gcc 4.2, that Apple is staying back at, and which takes
	too much to compile as C++, plus I'm not likely to fight this battle with 4.7)
