	repeated Params.Get(0) => arg0 := Params.Get(0) and use arg0
	program => Program, so it gets installed to bin instead of pkg
	fix warnings
	i.e. get this into shape to avoid the 'builder' changes since
	I don't want to wait for them to be approved, just use the existing
	mode=ExternalObject or even mode=ExternalAssembly support
	It's not a terrible model, esp. while in development.
	More files and more processes make for more "entry points"
	i.e. "easy to debug points".
