Log message:
	by default, use -j20 with make -- parallelism/speedup
	can restore via commenting in/out
	
	for gcc4.3, restore make all-gmp
	for gcc4.3, add #include "gmp.h" to prevent compilation error
	
	gcc 4.3 isn't really used, but I am comparing the sparc64 behavior
