Log message:
	Add UnGetCharMulti to Rd.  Like UnGetChar, but can accumulate up to 8
	ungotten characters.  Also tells called whether it worked.
	
	This needed (2 chars only) to do standards-compliant decoding of certain
	ill-formed input in UTF16LE.
