Log message:
	Fix a bug in RTTipe.m3 that caused an assert failure to occur
	in PklTipeMap when trying to pickle an object containing a
	WIDECHAR.  This will be the only case this will happen, unless
	somebody defines an enumeration with exactly 2^16 values.
