	work in progress, significantly along
	enums, typenames, records
	
	problems still:
	the output is out of order, types are referenced before being
	defined; we need to detect that and reorder as needed
	
	I'm not yet handling everything e.g. indirect, packed, object, method.
	
	some issues with TypeUID vs. INTEGER
