	change types from defined: BOOLEAN to state: {none, forwardDeclared, Defined}
	"more", infrastructurally define integer, word_t, char, widechar, text, mutex,
	proc1, etc., instead of a "more" special case, but still special cases
	move SET and SET_GRAIN to helperfunctions (i.e. if set stuff used)
	i.e. later than where word_t moved to
