	Fix typos in comments.
	
	The directory has probably outlived its usefulness.
	
	The main thing was to be sure not to use the .libs in very
	very old distributions -- before Tony had the frontend insert
	barrier operations.
	
	Otherwise these files mainly come from SDKs.
	Though this directory can fill in missing ones, e.g. in older
	Express editions.
