[M3devel] blatant :) incompatibility in m3makefiles

I can take this one, but won't be able to look into it until tonight
(no M3 here at my current customer work), and if I don't find it
fast, it will be delayed to Monday evening. If this is too late
or anybody else can be faster, please let me know.
