I commited some showthread support. I just looked at the pthread code and
made the Win32 code similar. mentor @M3showthreads brings up an extra window
with a start menu and some colored stripes. The display doesn't make sense
to me but it might be right. So I can build all of "std" now.
Maybe also be good to see how this used to work.
I made a third identical copy of ThreadEvent.i3. Is that really the right
way?
Can the file be moved in cvs without losing history? (In Perforce you would
"integrate" the file, which is a kind of funny term they usually use for
merge across branches but also for arbitrary move/copy-with-history).
