[M3devel] Virtual-Memory synchronized GC

I would like to remove the now-deprecated VM-synchronized GC support  
so as to be able to tidy up the GC implementation, making it more  
easily maintained, and in preparation for further improvements to  
GC.  Is there anyone who has an interest in seeing VM-synchronized GC  
continuing to be supported?
