[M3devel] Need CVS help fixing log message

I committed a bunch of files and mistakenly used -m when I should
have used -F.  The result is, the log message is a local path to
a file.  My CVS book shows a -m option to cvs admin to repair log
messages, but nothing that does what the -F option to commit does.
My log message has several lines.  How can I fix the logs?  Is there
an equivalent to admin -F?  Will the -m accept newlines between the
quotes?
