1) Where did these come from?
    (* Where did these come from? *)     MFS_MASK            = 16_0000108B;     MFS_HOTTRACKDRAWN   = 16_10000000;     MFS_CACHEDBMP       = 16_20000000;     MFS_BOTTOMGAPDROP   = 16_40000000;     MFS_TOPGAPDROP      = 16_80000000;     MFS_GAPDROP         = 16_C0000000;
I can't find them in "real" headers.

2) Why DEFAULT_GUI_FONT here? It belongs in WinGDI.i3. I'm moving it.
