Yes, I wouldn't mind that either. Windows.i3, MSWindows.i3.
For now thought I have preserved the structure and moved the font to WinGDI.i3, since it is in WinGDI.h.
I commented out the others, until such time as they are found *somewhere*, so I can least verify their correctness.
(NOT that I am in general verifying everything, just random samples.)

I have no Idea where there came from or where they go. Personally I'm of the opinion that all the Windows defs should go in one big file (Win.i3).
