Public reply, so I can be corrected by someone knowing better.

WWW is AFAIK run by Elego, but content is version controlled from CVS,
so IMO it can be changed usual way - by editing and commiting.

I don't know about permissions and update procedures for this, but you
can browse src repo a bit and see for yourself.
