Hi,
I guess BigInteger is a big integer of arbitrary size, you can look on http://www.opencm3.net/doc/help/gen_html/arithmetic/src/basictypes/biginteger/BigInteger.i3.html
Also there is another effort made in a  B Sc's Thesis:

may be helpful, I haven't contact them, it should be helpful to ask.

Does Modula-3 (or one of it's implementations) support arbitrary
