[M3devel] bootstrapping from old versions?

It appears by quick/lazy inspection, that bootstrapping from, say, 5.1.3, just stopped working.
m3quake => sysutils => libm3/TextExtras
but TextExtras is not in 5.1.3.
 
Ok?
 
It looks like 5.1.8 will do.
