[M3devel] HEADS UP: CM3 builds broken

It's all ok now, though we have introduced some incompatibility somewhere,
and the builder can't find it. It shows up in other errors when
trying to build the whole set of packages, for example:

Ideally, such things shouldn't happen with M3, but I'm pretty sure
the package will compile from scratch.
