[M3devel] some Cygwin path vagaries

Well this surprised me.
 
Cygwin fopen accepts all of
 
  /cygdrive/c/1.txt 
  \cygdrive\c\1.txt 
  c:\1.txt 
  c:/1.txt 
 
They all mean the same (well, actually, that I just assume, I'm able to fopen each)
 
c:1.txt didn't work (it would work in Win32)
 
I thought I'd seen Cygwin not accepting Win32 paths.
Geez, maybe this makes things easier..
