[M3devel] cvsup fix latest cm3 (Scheduler.DisableSwitching, EnableSwitching)

H all:
I get some error compiling cvsup (sublib) because of the change on the Scheduler interface of Pthread, It's not hard to fix (importing Scheduler instead of SchedulerPosix).

This for your knowledge, with this fixes it compiles and runs well.
