[M3devel] bunch of win32 archives available

I can now readily create these, just via scripts\python\make-dist.Interesting?
Note that that they are all now "rooted" in a directory correspondingto their "basename" (cm3-min-WIN32-NT386-d5.5.1, not just cm3, not one level below that)I'm still undecided on this. Rooting them at just "cm3" is much more convenient.Even if I setup a link/junction, cm3 to ...d.5.5.1, annoying then to upgradeit in place to 5.5.2 and still have the old directory name.
Also note that "core" and "base" sound the same, and are almost the same.

I guess just stick with .zip.
Arguably symbols are for "power users/developers" that will have tar/bzip2, arguably not.
