[M3devel] Archive Upload to CM3 WWW

All those m3-users with ssh access can now upload installation
archives they have built to

   birch.elegosoft.com:/var/www/modula3.elegosoft.com/cm3/uploaded-archives

The archives must conform to the standard naming scheme:

   cm3-{min,std,all,core,base,doc}-{POSIX,WIN32,WIN,WIN64}-*-*.\
   {tar.gz,tar.bz,tar.bz2,tgz,tbz,zip}

for example

   cm3-min-WIN32-NT386GNU-d5.5.1.tar.bz2
   cm3-min-POSIX-LINUXLIBC6-d5.5.0.tgz

You may also add a corresponding description in a file with the same
name and added .html or .txt suffix.

Please don't copy anything else to this directory; I trust that the
service will not be misused.

A new index is generated every 5 minutes.

You'll find the index under Installation / Uploaded Archives on the
CM3 WWW pages. The URL is

   http://modula3.elegosoft.com/cm3/snaps/snapshot-index.html

We can extend the naming scheme if necessary; it's probably a bit
limited currently.
