[M3devel] my status on win32

When I get home I don't fall right to sleep...
It's been building fine for me...
 
Which reminds me. Randy, just cd over to m3-sys\cm3 and run either:
  cm3
or cm3 -DROOT=<path to the root of the source> 
 
That might work. More likely the second.
The problem is possibly related to "scripts".
