I've updated the news items on the web page.

The old GNATS bug tracker has been replaced by a trac installation
for CM3. Everybody who wants WiKi write access or administrative access
should send a mail to m3-support at elego.de and save his favourite
password in his ~/.tracpass file with private permissions (0600)
on birch.elegosoft.com.

If anybody wants to take care for the administrative side of CM3 trac,
it will be appreciated.
