[M3devel] NT386GNU naming conventions?

I switched NT386GNU to use:

foo for executables
foo.so for shared libraries
libfoo.a for static or import libraries
libfoo.a.sa for standalone libraries when there is an import lib

I'm thinking maybe foo and foo.so are taking things too far.
"Out Posixing Cygwin".
They use foo.exe and either foo.dll or cygfoo.dll.

Anyone care?

I'm thinking of wrapping up NT386GNU work for a bit.
Is anyone insterested in trying it?

"min" and "std" distributions will be on the web shortly.
