[M3devel] tinderbox diff direction reversed

fyi, I reversed the diff direction in m3tests.
It seems more natural to me to
diff expected actual
and see what changed.
Obviously it's not a huge difference (!), it works either way and no diff is the goal, but in case anyone was used to the other way or insists on it.
