Just a note that forward slashes work with cd, but not with pushd.
I'll fix "this" "soon".
 
("this" being setup.cmd and its production, not that pushd doesn't with forward slashes. :) My ideal is that setup.cmd and install.sh are constant, and driven by a text file next to them, setup.txt or install.txt or such. Or possibly appeneded to them if people really like that "static linkage").
