[M3devel] CM3 Release 5.8 RC3

The first packages of CM3 release 5.8 RC3 are now available on
www.opencm3.net. More packages will be built during the next
days. As there are still 11 open tickets for 5.8 and more are
to be expected when RC3 is tested by more users, I've also
retargeted the date for the final release to the end of September.

Please let me know of any problems you encounter and features
that you are missing. The best way of doing this is opening a
ticket at https://projects.elego.de/cm3/newticket.
