[M3devel] testing RC2.

I have a new computer arriving roughly Friday on which I can setup near arbitrary x86/AMD64 VMs, as well as doing native I386_DARWIN and AMD64_DARWIN. AMD64_FREEBSD is also missing for example.
Tony should also be able to do {I386,AMD64}_DARWIN.
