[M3devel] trouble with RC2 -- maybe with hudson?

I rewrote the m3ship-no-resolve stuff some weeks ago.
There must be a hole in my rewrite.
The feature is very nice, though not well implemented
either at first or with my rewrite, maybe no good way
to do it.
