This is a strange day. I don't seem to be able to reproduce this
any more. If I hadn't saved the .M3SHIP file in the ticket I'd
say I was still dreaming this morning.

Has anybody fixed it already?

Ah, browsing the changelog I find this:

where to ship stuff -- not everything goes to BinInstall

So it was only in the config files?
