[M3devel] RC3 build problems, was: RE: caltech-parser NT386 Hudson problems

My current theory is the unresolve problem is due to that wierd initial build of import-libs in the Hudson task, which was related to the line endings problem, which was related to using CVSNT instead of Cygwin cvs.
