[M3devel] RC3 build problems, was: RE: caltech-parser NT386 Hudson problems

ps: It doesn't take CVSNT to cause this, but the workaround of building import-libs up front w/o noresolve.
I assume you were missing m3bundle, as consistently build ok here in the birch VM and on my machine.
