Any user should be able to create a new ticket in trac; at least
that's how it should be. The link has been on our web pages for
over a year; actually nobody has written a ticket, as far as I know ;-)
But there were no complaints, too.
There are only some old reports migrated grom GNATS.

Let me know if it works without password; I'll setup an account
for you nonetheless, but can do that only later from home, as the
GUI admin function is broken.

If anybody would like access, let me know now so I can do it in a
batch...
